At Just Kits, we take pride in offering high-quality radio-controlled models, parts, and accessories.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges — all in line with UK consumer law.


Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel:

  1. Notify us in writing within 14 days — email sales@justkits.co.uk with your order number.

  2. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at sales@justkits.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions.

  3. Repackage the item securely and send it to:

You are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service, as we can’t be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement if your item is:

Please notify us within a reasonable time (preferably within 7 days of receipt).
We may request photos or videos to help assess the issue. In some cases, items may be returned to the manufacturer for inspection or repair under warranty.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Refunds include the item’s purchase price and standard delivery charge (if applicable).
Express or upgraded delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when contacting us.
Exchanges depend on stock availability and will be processed once we receive your return.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Recheck your bank or card statement.

  2. Contact your card provider — it may take a few days to process.

  3. Still no refund? Contact us at sales@justkits.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
